What is it like to be a real estate agent in Ann Arbor? It means hard work, as long as it takes to find the right property. As a Buyer's Agent I have worked for years (and I do mean years) searching for just the right listing. Watching every day, checking and talking to my associates for a possible match to the needs of my clients. I am prepared to work from the first thing on Sunday morning right through late Saturday night.
Why? It is part of my personality. When I take on a commitment, I feel compelled to do what is necessary to get results. I try to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I can identify with the trauma that a move makes on the entire family. The last thing that you and your family needs is additional stress if you don't get the full attention and service from your agent.

As a Seller's Agent I am confident that I can assist my clients to prepare their property for the market. It may mean helping to carry out years of accumulated storage or helping with simple suggestions for rearranging furniture or adding some fresh flowers to brighten up a room. It may take weekly open houses and many requests for advertising in the paper, but I am prepared to use all the resources of my company to promote the property as much as possible.
Let me tell you about me. . .
I was born and raised in small town in Ohio called Steubenville and came to Detroit for college where I met husband Stephen (from Ottawa, Ontario). We've been married 43 years and have two children, Stuart (married to Michelle with children Zoe, 7 and Max, 4 and Simone (married to Jeff with Isaac, 3 and Ian, 6 months).
We moved to Ann Arbor in 1979. Since then I have been a volunteer and involved in community affairs and fund raising activities for St. Joseph Hospital; Ronald McDonald House, Ann Arbor Symphony; Catholic Social Services; Kidney Foundation.
I have been involved in some type of sales since 1979 from managing gift shops to running my own business of party and wedding planning, and of course, real estate. It seems I've been training for this job for years and look forward to being here for a long while.
In my first year as a realtor I was named "Rookie of the Year". Starting in 2001 with $9.5 million in sales, I have been consistently one of Reinhart's Top Producers. In 2009 I sold $9 million in real estate. Currently I have $95 million in total sales. 2010 has started with extremely promising sales. Look out!!
