The NEWPORT Area
Elementary School - Wines, Newport, Abbott
Junior High - Forsythe

This area has lovely spacious homes on one-acre wooded lots. Prices range from $500-$900 thousand depending upon the amount of updating done to the property.
Close by is Newport Hills and Newport Creek where you'll find all newly constructed homes ranging from $500,000 to one million.
The OLD WEST SIDE

SOUTHWEST ANN ARBOR

This neighborhood has two distinct areas. One is directly behind and in the near vicinity of Pioneer High School, and the other south of I-94. The Lansdown/Churchill Downs area was built in the 1950-70šs. This is a lovely mature area with stately trees and plantings. The price ranges are from $215-$430, depending on the size and age of the home. South of I-94 is all new construction. Prior to 1990, this area was all fields. The homes are young executive type with lots of square footage and all the newest amenities in the $250-$650,000 price range.
